Chase sat up in a forest tree, watching Albern as he walked through. His wings were unfolded, their dark feathers blending into the surroundings. A whooshing sound could be heard as he jumped down.

"Hey, you," he hissed, comming up behind Albern. "It's not safe here."

Even if this guy was a human, Chase would do anything to keep someone away frrom the vampires to give them one less meal.

Now his wings were tucked in, hopefully where Albern couldn't see them. Chase couldn't blow his cover.
